Shipping and Delivery

Items purchased through this website include free shipping as a special offer. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Items purchased through our other sales channels (Instagram, Opal Auctions, FB) are subject to their own shipping policy and costs.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders you place with Fortune Opal late on Friday or on Saturday may not be processed until Monday. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order, we will try to get it done sooner but we travel often in remote areas where shipping services are not available.

All orders are shipped express with tracking, generally with Auspost for domestic and Fedex for international where appropriate.

Domestic orders generally arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

International orders generally arrive in 7 to 12 business days.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Fortune Opal order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of undamaged items for a full refund of the purchase price. For rough opal returns, all items must be in original condition, not altered or rubbed in any way. Returned items should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and a tracking number provided to us for the shipment.

Returning items by mail and courier

Return shipping costs including insurance and tracking are the responsibility of the purchaser, all items are to be insured for full value.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for Fortune Opal to process your return.
